For the former headquarters of the state-owned natural gas company, a project developed by SFL, our approach embraces an adaptive reuse strategy, structured around a systematic analysis of the existing building fabric and spatial organization. The existing compound is a collection of stylistically different spaces where we have introduced a sequence of different programs, calibrated through variations in scale, circulation, and visual permeability. 

Each space is defined by specific material selections and construction details, contributing to distinct moods and functional identities. The design strategy prioritizes the preservation and enhancement of existing architectural qualities, ensuring compatibility between new insertions and the original structure. Our architectural intent ensures that each space responds thoughtfully to its context while revealing new possibilities within the original fabric.
