Founded in 2008 by Alireza Razavi, Studio Razavi + Partners is an international architecture and interior design practice with offices in Paris, London, and New York.

Working with both private and institutional clients, the studio designs refined and thoughtful spaces that engage with contemporary culture while placing craftsmanship and material intelligence at the core of the design process. With a focus on residential, workplace, and hospitality projects, each commission is approached through a lens of durability, elegance, and long-term quality.

STUDIO RAZAVI PARTNERS

Alireza Razavi is a registered architect in France, the United States and the United Kingdom. He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York and a master’s degree from the École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Alireza Razavi is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Royal Institute of British Architects.

In addition to his Iranian and French heritage, his experiences in Japan, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States working alongside leading architects have greatly enriched his imagination and artistic expression.

Since the start of his studio in 2008, Alireza Razavi, has made his mark on the architectural landscape through the grace of his aesthetic, his unique approach, rigour and sense of materiality.

Guillen Berniolles is an architect who graduated from the University of Navarre (Spain). After completing his studies, he relocated to Paris, where he has been practising since 2012.

Born to Franco-Spanish parents, his personal and professional life has always been at the crossroads of the two countries and their cultures, fostering an unprejudiced approach to the different ways in which architecture is practised.

During his time at studio razavi + partners, he has worked on projects in France, the United Kingdom and the United States, dealing with different scales and typologies, for a great variety of clients, both private and institutional. These experiences have enabled him to broaden the scope of his references and gain a wider understanding of the architect’s role in society.

Jean-Baptiste Wautier has been one of the leading figures in European private equity for almost 25 years.

After starting his career at Arthur Andersen, he joined Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions department in London in 1996, where he was involved in major transactions such as the Air France IPO and the Carrefour and Promodès merger.

In 2000, he entered the investment field, joining IK Partners, then BC Partners in 2004. As a partner at BC Partners, he has headed the Investment Committee for almost ten years.

He is also involved in a number of think-tanks, including the World Economic Forum. He is now an investor and business angel, supporting entrepreneurs in Europe. He teaches finance at Sciences Po Paris and is involved in philanthropic activities in the fields of education and health.
