This office space for a boutique real estate mortgage broker had to feel home-like and warm but at the same time conveying a sense of freshness which we infused with an eclectic selection of contemporary furniture by mostly young designers. Creating separate client zones was a key guideline for the project but because this was a ground floor space, solid partitions had to be avoided to allow for natural lighting throughout the space. The frosted glass panels were then used as doors & partitions but also as furniture pieces.
